We certify manufacturers —
and put the proof on record.
Halal Conformity Center (HCC) is a US-based Halal certification body, founded in 2011, with offices in Brooklyn, NY and Amman, Jordan. We audit and certify manufacturers across food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals — more than 500 to date — and publish every certificate on a public registry any buyer, retailer, or regulator can check.

Certifying manufacturers since 2011.
HCC is a Halal certification body. Since 2011 we’ve audited and certified manufacturers across food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals — more than 500 of them, across 28 countries, with 98% returning to renew each year.
Every file is worked by a multidisciplinary team: Islamic scholars alongside food technologists, biochemists, microbiologists, and trained Halal auditors. Religious authority and technical rigor sit at the same table — which is what lets us certify a soft-gel encapsulation line as confidently as a meat-processing plant.
We work from two offices — Brooklyn, NY and Amman, Jordan — keeping the certification body close to both its North American clients and its international partner network.

Four scheme families.
Each scheme has its own auditor pool, document templates, and re-audit cadence — covering everything from a meat-processing line to a soft-gel encapsulation suite.
Credibility comes from the network — and the proof.
HCC is not a closed authority issuing its own seal in isolation. Its standing rests on two distinct foundations: direct cooperation agreements with national Halal authorities, and a public verification record behind every certificate.
A worldwide network of Halal authorities.
HCC cooperates directly with national Halal authorities and coordination bodies. Through that network, certified products reach the destination markets they ship to — recognition runs through the network, never claimed unilaterally.
Every certificate is on the public registry.
A certificate is only as good as the proof behind it. HCC publishes each one at verify.halalcc.org — scope, status, and validity, open to anyone, re-audited annually.
Governance & management
The Shariah board, technical committee, and the impartiality structure that keeps the certification decision independent.
